At JuneBug Baby Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in their original condition
Return eligibility may vary for certain products based on supplier requirements. If a return is requested, we will provide instructions once the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at JuneBugBabyBoutique.shopify@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return is approved, return instructions and a return shipping label will be provided when applicable.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on eligible returns. A return label will be provided when the return request is approved.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed by the supplier. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
